Who you buy from
Teyres subscriptions are sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. The charge on your statement comes from Polar and may show our former name, Formula Lens. Questions about the app, your license or a refund go to us at support@teyres.com.
Free trial
The trial gives you the full app for 10 days. It needs an email address for the key and no card. There is one trial per Mac. When it ends, the app stops auditing until you subscribe, and your settings are kept.
Subscription and billing
Teyres costs $4 or €4 a month, or $40 or €40 a year, before tax. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. If we ever change the price, we will tell existing subscribers by email before their next renewal at the new price.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the customer portal. The app keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If you change your mind, email support@teyres.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This includes renewals. The refund goes back through Polar to the card you paid with. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Your license
One subscription covers one person on up to 3 Macs. You can move an activation between Macs from the customer portal. The app checks the license with Polar once a day and keeps working for 7 days without a connection. Please do not share or resell your key.
The software
Teyres reads formulas and values from Excel and never saves your workbooks. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Check figures that matter against Excel itself. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date above changes. A change that affects what you pay or what you get is emailed to subscribers before it applies to them.
